As the name suggests the main objective of a cell is prayer.  Each prayer cell may have a slightly different format but the central part of each meeting is prayer – prayer for personal needs, concerns with family and friends and issues in the community and world.

 

Prayer cells are a highly effective ministry of Plains Christian Church because they do not focus on people’s opinion of the Word but rather the needs of others. Prayer Cells are also a great way to get to know others from the Plains family in a more intimate setting. Friendships, support and love are shared at every Prayer Cell. If you want a new take on a small group then Prayer Cells are certainly for you.
