Know how to celebrate.

1 Thessalonians 5:16 Celebrate always

Psalm 71:23 I will shout for joy as I sing Your praises; my soul will celebrate because You have rescued me.

Celebrate Jesus.

Luke 13:17 As the impact of His words settled in, His critics were humiliated, but everyone else loved what Jesus said and celebrated everything He was doing.

Celebrate the Word.
Celebrate in Praise and Worship.

2 Samuel 6:15 So David thought, “I’ll get that blessing for myself,” and went and brought up the Chest of God from the house of Obed-Edom to the City of David, celebrating extravagantly all the way, with frequent sacrifices of choice bulls. David, ceremonially dressed in priest’s linen, danced with great abandon before God.

Celebrate Salvation.

Psalm 68:1 1-4 Up with God! Down with his enemies! Adversaries, run for the hills! Gone like a puff of smoke, like a blob of wax in the fire— one look at God and the wicked vanish. When the righteous see God in action they’ll laugh, they’ll sing, they’ll laugh and sing for joy. Sing hymns to God; all heaven, sing out; clear the way for the coming of Cloud-Rider. Enjoy God, cheer when you see him!

Teach Generations to Celebrate.
Celebrate Our City.

Jeremiah 30:19 There will be joy and songs of thanksgiving, and I will multiply my people, not diminish them; I will honor them, not despise them.

Proverbs 11:10 The whole city celebrates when the godly succeed; they shout for joy when the wicked die.

Celebrate and be blessed.
Celebrate until further notice…

Psalm 99:9 Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at his holy mountain in Jerusalem, for the Lord our God is holy!
