John 16:33 I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”

On earth there are troubles. How do I access overcoming power?
Live the divine unlimited life.

John 15:7 But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted!

1 Corinthians 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Often this is referred for in relation to sin. God will provide THE way out so you will be carried out of the temptation.
Whatever the trial, the way out is found in Communion – remembering the blood and broken body of Christ.

1 Corinthians 10:16-17 When we bless the cup at the Lord’s Table, aren’t we sharing in the blood of Christ? And when we break the bread, aren’t we sharing in the body of Christ? And though we are many, we all eat from one loaf of bread, showing that we are one body.

The blood has achieved much. Christ’s body is important also.

1 Corinthians 11:29-30 For if you eat the bread or drink the cup without honoring the body of Christ, you are eating and drinking God’s judgment upon yourself. That is why many of you are weak and sick and some have even died.

When you discern and articulate the differences in the blood and broken body of Christ, then you discern the Lord’s table effectively.
The Blood is for forgiveness of sin. The bread represents the broken body of Christ. It is for your healing.
