Courage

To walk out your destiny you need courage.

We are overcomers so we will not be overcome.
God encouraged Moses through a supernatural encounter. But Moses was stuck on his limitations. Moses encountered many supernatural events yet he still lacked courage.
You never find courage looking at yourself. You find courage by looking at Jesus.
God did not want Joshua to be the same as Moses. He spoke courage over Joshua.

Joshua 1:6 “Be strong and courageous, for you are the one who will lead these people to possess all the land I swore to their ancestors I would give them.

Don’t be like the world. Courage comes from God who lives in you. He lives in you and He is greater.

Psalm 27:14 Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.

Courage comes as you wait on the Lord.

Psalm 31:24 So be strong and courageous, all you who put your hope in the Lord!

We like to do things. Sometimes we have to rest and wait and hope in God.

Isaiah 40:31 But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.

Wait on the Lord and renew your strength.
Courage is not tied to who you are, but who He is. We still have to walk the journey and overcome the mountain, but you do it with courage.
Because Christ is in us, we have something greater than Moses. We don’t need supernatural experiences. We have courage because Jesus is in us.
The Encourager will never leave you (John 14). Encourager will inspire us to walk in courage.
