Extreme Worship

2 Corinthians 4:7 We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves.

Worship relies on nothing external. The anointing is in us. Worship is an out working of what the Holy Spirit is doing in us.
There are no ordinary expressions of worship in the Bible.
Extreme worshippers worship because their life depends on it.

Exodus 17 Moses held up his hands to win the victory.

It was physical. He got tired.

Others helped him. Others held up his hands. Not just spectating but worshipping.
Worship can change a nation.

Joshua 6

God go the Israelites to a point where they had nothing left, then they could lift their voices and give Him glory and the city was won.
Extreme worshippers make no sense to the world but they bring peace.

2 Chronicles 20

They praised before the battle, during the battle, after the  battle. Then there was peace in the land.

There may be a battle raging, but God uses it to bring peace.
Extreme worshippers worship even when it hurts.

1 Samuel 1

When everything hurts, come to God and worship.

It will lift the burden and help you carry on.
Reflect on what God has done – you can’t help but praise.

Luke 7
Extreme my worshippers run into His presence.

Worship even when it doesn’t seem fair.
A place doesn’t define worship.

Get out of being a victim.
Extreme worshippers are not spectators.
